The IO just told us that we will receive a decision via mail and that's it.

Our case didn't update anything and I kept calling USCIS to get an update and was told to just wait for the mail. The waiting game was tiring.

On March 20, 2020 is when our case updated to "Case was approved and card is being produced".

    So for us:
    Interview Date: Feb 3, 2020
Case updated and approved: March 20, 2020

    Best of luck to you!
Thank you for your response . I know the feeling of waiting and not knowing what's going on. Given your experience I want to believe that even though USCIS is closed for in person interviews seems like they are working and hopefully they get caught off with all of the pending review cases.

Is your field office closed? If so since when?

We received Call In letter for April, even IO told us in July 2019 that I will get my GC card in a 1-2 weeks in mail. So I do not really know what kind of advice I can give anyone except to be very patient.

What's a call in letter? So did you received your GC?

I'm in the same boat. Employment based AOS (EB3) Had our interview Feb. 25th. 20 mins all went well and IO said he will approve it. Should receive our GC in 1-2 weeks. Now it's 5 weeks and counting. Online status same as with previous posters "Interview got scheduled". Called USCIS last week and put a service request in. Will take up to 30 days to get an update. Seems like it's a normal waiting game for whatever reason. Thx

I hear you. We are in Michigan and same boat like you too. Our interview was on Feb 20, 2020. No approval on the spot. Still waiting on decision and no updates either. Stuck on interview scheduled.

No, that is like second interview, and now they closed office so we will see.

Hey All, today I received an mail than my card is producing. We had second interview scheduled for April but since they were closed nothing happened. And I was ready to send them a letter and boom, my card is producing. Still do not believe until I have the card in my hands. My PD was in May 2018.

I am so happy for you!! Did you have to renew your medical? Or since your interview in July 2019 you did not hear anything from them?

Thank you Maria. After initial interview we did not hear anything for almost 8 months, and it was a big surprise for us cause agent told us I will have my GC in 2 weeks.
Than, in March 2020, we got a "Call-In-Letter", that is like a 2nd interview, scheduled for April 2020.
Before April came they shut down USCIS field office so we could't go on our appointment.
They reopen office for work in June 6th, and on June 9th, I received an email saying my GC is approved.
After 10-12 days I received my GC, and they gave me for 10 years (which I will not get if they approved me last year, cause our 2nd year anniversary was in mid April 2020.
So if you are less than 2 years married on the day when they approved you, the will give you "Conditional GC" for 2 years,
and after that when you after 2 years remove condition, they give you 2nd one on 10 years.
And no they did not ask for my medical again.
I did not use any attorney during this process btw (accept one phone call consultation at very beginning , and that cost me $25).

                        Best of luck to you.
