help!!! I485 process flow

Hello everyone..
We apply our my AOS December 2009 and have the fingerprint February 2010...
We are confuse how the I 485 process flow, how about the medical exam here in US? And the interview? Do we need to wait till the USCIS send us a notice? And how long do i need to wait till i can get the green card?

Anyone who are done with this,please advise...

According to their processing times, you are outside the goal time, which is 4 months for an AOS. Of course, it may depend on which office you are processed through. Check this site and choose your field office (usually where you had your biometrics.)

The instructions on the results page will tell you that if your receipt date is different from the date shown on the processing times for your form (I485) or if it has been longer than the amount of time shown, (4 months if they are up to date with 485s) that you should call the number listed.

Also, have you signed up to check your case status online? If not, do so. You can find the information on the results page as well, or just go directly to USCIS.gov and click on Check My Case Status, and follow the instructions. You will need your case number found on your NOA I767. (or 797, I don't remember exactly.)

Good luck. You really should have received an interview letter a month or so ago. Have you moved?
