Hi everyone. I’m a new member. I like this forum because of others experience through filling process. My concern is that I came here last year June 2019 to my wife and children on a tourist visa B2. My wife and I submit filing documents concurrently to adjust my status last year September 2019. Did biometrics in October 2019. My concern is that we forgot to send the I864 form with the package. Can this affect me or the process? We plan to mail it off next week.

You might want to send in the I 864 asap, they will deny your application based on missing i 864Sacramento, CA

10/04/21 Case actively being reviewed -
