Hey guys,
I know that the "law" due to the 2012 case where the board understands that leaving the U.S under AP does not count as "departure", however USCIS still has a Unlawful presence notice that can be found at this link https://www.uscis.govhttps://www.imm...ergency-travel and also in the screenshot attached. Should I be worried about traveling on AP for work / leisure given that I have overstayed the visa but that is the only thing that counts me as inadmissible?
