I've called USCIS multiple times and they say everything is fine and it is within the processing time.

Any ideas in how to expedite it? My company is getting acquired soon and I'm afraid that will impact the process (any advice about this situation?). Thanks.

I had my interview over a year and 5 months after it got over a year I contacted congressman and he made an inquiry right after that I recieved a noid stating that I was married back in my country. That sucks, I wish you luck.

A congressman made an inquiry about my case around 25 days ago and no answer so far.

Got the answer from the congressman, same thing: regression, there is nothing to do. Oh well.

Today marks 9 months and 3 weeks since AOS interview, adjusting from B1/B2. No decision so far. I've placed many inquiries that always have the same answer: pending background checks.
I am starting to wonder if I had done anything wrong to someone from Immigration (cut them in traffic, stole their husband, lol).

8 months for me today! I feel bad for you, this is madness. What do you plan to do after it goes past the regular processing time?

I think this will only happen by October, when the new fiscal for USCIS starts... :-(

I don't believe that. In October starts the new fiscal year for USCIS, so it has to start moving.
