For those who have filed their parent's AOS, have you had experience with one getting approval and other still pending. We filed all of their paperwork together, through a lawyer, and while dad got approval a week ago mom's I-485 and I-130 are still pending. We haven't received any RFE's and mom did get her EAD and travel docs approved. Just wondering how long the wait could be for mom to get approval for I-485 and I-130 as well. Dad received approval without an interview. If any one has any similar experience please let me know!
