02/2019 I(USC) filed I130 and I 485 Petition for my husband
08/2019 interview. we had a separated interview at the end. VO told us no documents will be needed and just wait for the decision.
10/2019 received I130 interview letter. our case stays the same "interview is complete and we must review your case", it didnt change the status to interview
interview date: our lawyer received a call from USCIS and notify us our interview is canceled. we still go to the interview in cause we received a fraud call. we were told that our interview is canceled and our file is misfiled and shouldn't get an interview.
02/2020 still waiting for the decision
is there anyone know what should we do? it has been an year since we filed the petition.
