Hi everyone,
Please offer your comments and suggestions.
I have I-485 scheduled soon on an approved EB-2 but no luck getting a job offer in my field yet (Texas).
However, I got my EAD in May 2019 and has accepted "casual jobs" while actively searching for the specific job in my field, sometimes with interviews.
Is this technically acceptable and could this be mentioned at the interview to possibly avoid the "public charge" RFE in case I don't get a job offer by the interview date?
Will providing bank statements and tax records showing these activities help? Thanks in advance
