Can anyone give their opinion regarding my inquiries?

1. Is it true that if the primary applicant of I-485 dies, the other petition for her family is still valid? If yes where can I read the part that says so?

2. Could the petitioner of I-140 withdraw his petition even if it is approved? If Yes, what is the effect on the I-485 pending application

3. If I-140 is approved and I-485 is pending and the primary petitioner lost her job, What would be her options to remain in the US legally without compromising their COS application?

If your AOS dates are current, just dont bother. Wait for the card
