What happened was that my lawyer has been ready to send the paperwork out but we’ve been waiting on medical exam results that we thought would come in this week! Well I got a call today saying that they overlooked and forgot to check one test and I have to get blood drawn again. My lawyer says that we should go ahead and send everything without medical and I can either send it later or bring to interview with me. I want to believe what’s she’s saying that it’s okay but want to hear second opinions as I don’t know anybody that sent the paperwork out without medical form. Can they deny me in green card because I didn’t include it in the original package and not even schedule an interview? TIA
