Morning folks.
I’m wondering if anyone experienced marriage based I-485 interview and received “ the case is under review “ paper from IO at the time of the interview.
My husband and I had our marriage based interview few days ago, bona fide marriage, have a 6 month old together, lease, accounts, etc.. Average family.. IO said everything looks good, but he needs to get my husband’s asylum file to make a decision. My husband filed for asylum several years ago, no interview and we withdraw his asylum when we got marriage based interview notice.
If anyone was in familiar situation, how long did it take for Uscis to make a decision after the marriage based interview?
