how can i get a ssn if my I-94 is expired and i had already my EAD card and i did apply my GC but still pending right now. need help badly. i really need ur advice or suggestion.

Shouldn't be a problem
If you have a valid EAD, then there shouldn't be any problem in obtaining a SSN. All you have to do is go to your local SSO and file an application. -
i did go to the ss office but still wont give me a ssn coz theyre my i-94 is already xpired.Comment

I just want to thankful on this forum to help me a lot to fixed all documents I needed to bring for my interview and finally I'm done. & waiting for greencard to mail within 3 weeks ....If your marriage is real dont be scared. I dont have state ID cuz I dont have sss card cuz they cant issued me cuz its already expired. So my EAD came before the day of my interview Obviously I dont have time to go back sss office again so that I can have SSS card and get state ID. but I explained to the IO about problems to get sss CARD. and he siad its ok......Its a good experience having a friendly IO for my interview. Godbless & hope it can helps. be yourself and pray to God. Make sure you have enough evidence for bonafide marriage. & try to practice a simple question of your partner, about your history at paper work. & knowing more each other about life & places dates & birthdays.....
