When the USCIS look at your I-864 do they look at all 3 years to give you a yes or no answer or they only look at most current tax year sent?

2/26/20 RFIF received updated
04/02/20 case is ready to be scheduled for an interview
04/06/20 called to expedite combo card -
I think they look first at your current income. Tax returns are secondary.
