Case is ready for Scheduled interview but i130 has no approval yet

I got an update (2/26/2020) from case online that my I485 case is ready for scheduled interview. I have few questions and I hope you guys could help.

1. How long it usually takes to receive the scheduled date interview via mail?
2. Is it okay to proceed to interview even the petition I130 has no approval yet?
3. Does it take too long to get an interview date from local Center New Orleans?

1. You will not get the scheduled date until your status changes to interview scheduled. That can happen in a few days, weeks or several months. Once your status change to interview scheduled, it will take a few days (usually less than a week) to get the letter via mail.
2. You need to go to your interview no matter if the I130 is approved or not
Can't answer 3, don't have information.

20-Nov-19 Sent package to USCIS

22-Nov-19 Package delivered to USCIS

1-Dec-19 Received text message from USCIS

5-Dec-19 Received I-797c via post

6-Dec-19 USCIS processing Biometric schedule

13-Dec-19 Received Biometric Schedule

19-Dec-19 Scheduled medical exam

25-Dec-19 Sent my medical exam result to USCIS

27-Dec-19 Medical exam package delivered/ Biometric scheduled at Jackson MS

21-Jan-20 USCIS processing RFIE

26-Jan-20 Received letter regarding RFIE (i-864 transcript of tax return)

15-Feb-20 Sent response for RFIE

18-Feb-20 Response to USCIS RFIE was received

26-Feb -20 Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview

1.It varies from case to case it can be a week,month,year etc.
2.Go to your interview when its scheduled,dont let your i130 not being approved stop you.Secondly your i131 and i485 will be approved after your interview.
3.I can't answer that question I'm in Florida.

It can take months after you get a interview date in my case it took one year San Francisco field office .
not sure about New Orleans Field office .
i-30 can be approved any time , or after your interview
