Request for Evidence. When do I get a receipt for receiving my document?

On Jan, I received a RFE for a new medical form. I mailed out all my paper work on Feb 11th and USPS delivered on Feb 12th. By now (Feb 27th), I am still waiting for USCIS sending me the receive receipt. Should I send out one more time? or should I just wait? The deadline for the Document is March 2nd. I am really worried they are not receiving it.

Please help and let me know about the timeline. Thank you so much!

You should call and ask them and tell them you mailed out so and so day and tracking said delivered and you want to make sure they received it because the dateline is March 2. You have to make that call to keep it as track record that you did your part.

By "sending me the receive receipt" do you mean your status online? I don't think they send mail for that. It can take up to 4 weeks for them to update the status. I agree that is better for you to call.

I called and they said I will just have to wait. Can I send a second copy just to be safe??

They only accept the original sealed medical form. It will not help you if you send a copy. If you send the package and received a delivery confirmation then you will be fine.

I am getting another original sealed medical form this afternoon. I just don't want the second original medical form to jeopardize or to confuse the progress if they did receive the first one.
