485 filing RFE - Form edition

Hello,

First off, this site has been super helpful for me and my wife going through this process of AOS.

I am filing for my spouse who was here on an F1 visa originally. We submitted our packet back in mid December, but recently recieved a RFIE. It reads

"you have submitted form I-485 ...... And all pages of the form are not present ir of the same edition date. Submit a properly completed and signed form I-485. "

We included all the pages in the filing, but we submitted the September version instead of the october version of the form. We've refilled out the form but we had questions.

Do they need all the evidence resubmitted?
Do we now have to file the I-944 form that activated on 2/24/2020? The letter to us was dated 2/25/20.
Do i need to resubmit the I-864 as well?

My guess is, because you filed before 02/24/2020, you just need to send the I485 corresponding to your filing date, if available.

The edition date is on the lower left corner of the form. For December filling the edition they accepted were:

07/15/19. We will also accept the 12/13/17 edition. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions.

Make sure you sent all the pages with the same edition date and only printed on one side of the paper.
