Refiled i485 after previous denial, no notification received yet

I did send my school and University certificate copies and ny resume as well to show that I am well educated and will definitely be getting a job.

I had something similar happened to me, EAD renewal application took loooong time, called customer service, and they were able to give me either phone or email (cant remember now) for the folks who process incoming mail. I verified with them that my letter was lost, so I refiled. Long story short), customer service can help with it

I had called customer service but they can barely help you out with anything. All they said was that I'm gonna have to wait for a couple of weeks for the receipt and that its not currently in the system. I cant rely on them much

In my experience, any information we get from them really depends on the agent you spoke to. I would say call them again and again until you have something.

We did include the G1145 form, the cheque hasn't been encashed yet either but I need to check it again.

Hi all,

We refiled our I485 entire package with the helfp of an attorney as my previous I485 was denied due to incorrect filing of Affidavit of support and lack of income. My I130 is still pending.
We refiled and sent it through and they received it on 5th March. We also filed the G1145 form so that we get a notification before they send I797 form about the receipt of the package but its 11th March now and I haven't received any email or sms. We were given 33 days to refile/reopen and we did refile it within this timeframe but I'm afraid my 33 days are coming to an end by 16th March. Should I be worried because I haven't received any e-notification at least so that I can have a sigh of relief?!

Pkaur Did you receive the notification for your refiled i-485 yet? Are you still on lawful status since you refiled? Seems like your 33 days timeframe after i-485 denial, got over on March 16th.

Hi there, my 33 days are over and I haven't received anything yet I feel its being delayed because of the Coronavirus stay at home orders as well. People may not be showing up at work, dont really know.
I'm still waiting I have a feeling I might only hear from them in April or so.

Not yet unfortunately. Still waiting, I hope they send a receipt soon because its making me crazy
