  • SAN RANCISCO ! Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview

Anyone tell me how long it will exactly schedule? I'm very nervous. what kind of question they will ask me? I'm in my pending asylum status.

As of March 11, 2020, we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC YYYY ZZZ, for an interview. We will schedule your interview and send you a notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

It would be a month or so when you get the NOA by mail.
Dont be nervous , relax and prepared yourself for the interview . Not sure what questions they will ask you during the interview .
i had my interview last December in SF field office but my AOS was married to USC .

Ready to be scheduled is different from Interview is scheduled.
Ready to be scheduled can be from weeks to months. I waited for 17months in SanFrancisco. Bring all the documents you see in the forums. Just do a little digging and research.

I am in Kansas City, MO. But it only took me a few days to be scheduled for an interview. That's not good that you don't have copies of the original forms you sent in. It's good to have them to look over because you will be asked questions based on the information you put in those forms. There are also plenty of online resources containing loads of information on green card interviews.

          Good Luck!
