    can i fill i 485 while a i 130 is pending

    Yes, I think you need to send a copy of the I-130 receipt.

    If the I-485 is approved before your 2 year wedding anniversary you will get a 2-year conditional GC, if they approve after then you will get an unrestricted 10-year GC.
