Please who knows the fastest way to get in touch with USCIS on the phone,every time I call the machine keeps turning me around.

I am not sure but you can try

Call 1-800-375-5283 number and press 2 and press 2 (Means you don't have receipt number) again and press #. It will transfer the call to human.

call the number.. then options 1, 1, 2, 2

Their phones could also be overloaded with calls due to the shut down of all their office locations.

Always call early in the morning when the traffic is low. M-Friday 8-5 pm and Saturdays 9-9 pm Eastern time.
