I have canadian credit history and have good scores can i attach it and fill on I 944 form or i leave that part??

The credit score that the I-944 form asks for US based credit scores and report. You can run a free report from the official website (they list it in the instructions. Even though they want the US based report, I think it's actually a good idea to attach your Canadian report to demonstrate that you have a history of good credit from a credible source (e.g. Canadian). In the Part 9, additional information of the I-944 I would advise you to even write an explanation to say that you are a new entrant to the US and have no credit history (as supported by the "no record" of the credit report) but you are attaching a Canadian credit report in lieu.
I believe by the time you have your Green card interview, you will have built credit by that time and will be able to run a credit report to show at the time of the interview.--Good luck--
