Hello all!
So this morning my I485 went to "case/biometrics fee received" (since March) to "Case is ready for an interview" !!
BUT, there s not mention of "biometrics applied" to it, and my I131 is still unchanged. I'm really scared of receiving an EAD without the Advance Parole, which would be terrible.
Anyone heard or went through the same situation? I know that sometimes the online profile is not updated but the case is...
I have to call them, but I'm literally scared of facing another "sorry I don't know" kind of reply lolAOS (marriage) NBC - Miami, Fl

Hello Guys,
Sharing some good news. Today morning I checked the status for my Parents application for I485 and it says "New Card Is Being Produced", last status was Biometrics applied. This means they will not have to face Interview and will receive Green Card directly. Status of I130 still says "Case Received" while I131 is "Case Approved."

Mmesa, from what I have seen from others, the 131 takes few days to be updated after the 765 has changed to “ “new card has been produced”. However, some won’t get any updates on the 131, but they also received the Combo card (which is also approved for AP).
Good to hear that your case is progressing...(smile)Hey,

National Benefit Center is moving like snail. Almost all the other centers processing 765 based on pending AOS c9 inquiry dates are current as of April 2020, except Vermont which is now March 18, 2020.
I’m yet to get any updates since biometrics. Another week has ended...(sad). Looking up to next week and if nothing still, I’ll do inquiry when my PD (03/25/2020) gets current. The current PD for NBC AOS c9 is February 4, 2020.....I pray it doesn’t JUMP BACK to 2017...lol
Imagine a family of 3 depending on one source of income...DAMN!!!! Too much burden on my wife!!!!Last edited by RYAN923; 09-18-2020, 07:02 PM.
