Great news as well for you Aang_SD , fingers crossed everything will happen fast and smoothly!

On my side, the online status for I-130 changed to "Case was approved"... Instead of giving me joy, it gave me more anxiety because I-485 still hasn't changed from "Interview has been scheduled". The officer only asked us "how did you meet" and "how long did you date before you proposed", at the end of the short 15 minutes, she said "we should be approved".
I have no idea if it is a good or bad sign and I've read so many things about how it can go from bad to worse...

This immigration experience is pretty hard on us people, we've been so courageous and kind on this forum, I wanted to thank all of you for being here

Hello! Does anyone with family based have any update?

F1 -> F2B (Mom sponsored), I'm an International Student.

• EAD and AP card arrived in October 2020
• Case is ready to be interviewed on December 1st

What is the usually wait time after case is ready to be interviewed. Field office San Jose. It says 14 months - 24 months but do you think is it accurate on their website?

I'm so relieved, I can't believe this journey is over (for 2 years lol)

So you need to remove the condition in 2 years? And then, if I’m not wrong, one more year to apply for citizenship?

Do you mind sharing which MIA Field Office was handling your case? I've been told mine is at the Hialeah FO.

tokich , thanks!! I don't really know actually, for the biometrics I had to go in North Miami Beach and for the interview it was in Hialeah I think (8801 NW 7th Ave), we live in Little Havana

Aang_SD , thank you, I'm sure yours is coming very soon too! And yes, two years conditional green card, 3 years of legal residence in the US for naturalization, so the year following the condition removal I might be able to apply for citizenship

I’m about to start looking for a doctor’s office to get my Medicals. Do you guys know if I have to get all my vaccines again? I only have my Mexican Social Security vaccine report. Is in Spanish tho.

Hey guys! Today was my interview. Everything went smooth . My status updated to: Interview was complete and my case must be reviewed. The officer said they will review my added documentation and a decision would arrive by mail max in a month.
