One of my friend submitted - Marriage based GC on 01st Apr.
When they will get receipt number ? Are USCIS working as per 2-3 weeks time lines now ?

I called them again this evening: our AOS application (delivered to the lockbox on 24th March) still not showing on their system.
I always give them the A-number when I call.
I can imagine they've been proceeding through that March 23rd-25th period over the past few days, so I'm still hopeful of some news in the next 48 hours.

Ours got received at the Chicago lockbox on the 13th of March. Hopefully we’ll get some receipt notifications soon too

Last time I called, they said we should receive notification within 30 days. I think you should call them.

It’s good to see all good news. I have a question. When you called them, do you give them your A-number or rejected receipt numbers?

Hi, I didn’t give them the rejected case number. I gave them my full name and date of birth. I don’t have A number. They used my full name and date of birth to search for my case.
But if you call, they’ll ask if you have A number. If you have it , they’ll use it to search for your case...it make it easier then spelling your full name letter by letter and giving words to identity each letter..lol it’s too annoying.

In 15 to 30 days they usually say, but at most, you’ll get NOA in 15 days excluding weekends. I think.

Hello guys - Any applicant post-March 20 who got their receipt/text and cheques cashed yet? I submitted my AoS on March 20, got there March 23 but nothing yet from them. Something happened after March 20th that slowed down everything.

Pepe, have you heard anything yet? Checks cashed? My package was received on the 24th March, but nothing yet on my end. Spoke to a tier-2 officer this morning who couldn’t find anything on the system either (and recommended I email Lockbox Support for a second time).
