Hello guys,
I wanted to share my timeline here, so that maybe if somebody is in the same situation as I was - they don't despair.
PD January 2017
Biometrics Appointment March 2017
EAD on hands May 2018
1st interview January 31st, 2019
2nd Interview January 20th, 2020
March 19th, 2020 - Case was approved.
Three years, y'all!
Florida is/was very much backed up, and cases are being processed sloooowly. Also, few folks that we know got 2 interviews in Florida's office as we did, even for not marriage-based cases.
Both of our interviews were very easy. No "gotcha" questions, the officers were nice and professional. We didn't get separated for a second interview by the way.
Other than very long, excruciating wait, everything went fine.
Good luck to anyone who is still waiting, hope your case moves along on the whim![Smile](https://www.immihelp.com/forum/core/images/smilies/smile.png)
