My i-130 was approved in Dec 19 for immediate family category and then came to US on F-1 in Jan 20 to pursue my MS. I initially considered to follow NVC processing and go back to home country for GC interview. Considering COVID-19 uncertainty, what are my options. Is I-495 a better option over NVC. I am full time enrolled in school and determined to finish, but NVC process could disrupt my school program/schedule. I did declare I-130 approval in my DS-160 at the time of F-1 interview and even told consulate that I am married to a US citizen. What is my best option to not disrupt my school and considering worldwide lock down, visiting my home country may be impractical in short term. I just got notification from NVC to pay the fee and fill out all other documents.
