I used my married last name on my applications as my last name, the USCIS has requested additional documentation, my birth certificate which just has my father's last name which is my last name on the birth certificate. Will I need to submit any additional documentation?

So you applied with your married name and your birth certificate has a different name. I think many married people do that.
Did you list all your names used before? Did you include your birth certificate when you applied and a translation if it was a language other than English? Do you have a passport with your maiden name (the same as your birth certificate)?
I read that some people applied with maiden name and then at the interview they asked to get the GC with the married name, most got the correct GC a few get the GC with the wrong last name.Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
