Hi, I read and comment on your other posts. I think I gave you the wrong information because you expedited your I765.

Your status for I765 is "request approved", "case approved" or something else? As I understand if your expedite request is approved it takes several days for your card to start production.

We didn't expedite our I765s and the first time they took less than 100 days to be delivered. After renewal two were approved and delivered in a month but 1 took more than 4 months to be approved.

I figured it out. My case says expedite request approved. That means they are checking it out and havent started on producing a card yet. I may be waiting another month who knows?

I have read several cases and it doesn't take a month after an approved expedite request. I hope you can see movement in a week or so. Good luck.

That you requested to expedite, they reviewed your request and approved your request. Now they have to get your I765 documents and give it priority. In other words, instead of your case to stay in a drawer, they will pull it out, see if it has everything needed to approve it, and then send your card to production.

I dont see why its taking so long LOL Ive been waiting for like 5 months for my EAD and people from january filing already got theirs

Guys help me

I used MetroFax free trial but it was terrible as there was no way to cancel the membership. You have to wait in the chat queue for half-an-hour for a representative who will ask you 20 different questions before they got around to cancel it.
