    H1B Extension + Amendment

    I have submitted extension + Amendment on august 15th 2019 and my visa expired on September 29th 2019 currently I am in 240days grace period and following are the queries,
    1. Can I stay and work in USA even after 240days grace period
    2. if yes how can I update my driving license

    please note I have been working current client past 4+ years.

    appreciate you help.

                      I think that means they don't think your case has emergency and it doesn't need to be expedited

                        Ive Sended on 4/8/20 some RFIE, they recieved it yesterday, was tracking it. No updates yet,I ll update if something changes. Good luck everyone

                            2/5/2020 RFIE received at USCIS
                            2/14/20 Received I 693 courtesy letter
                            2/14/20 ready to be scheduled intervw
                            08/31/20 EAD /SSC
                            09/03/21 Notice for biometrics appointment I 130 USC
                            10/04/21 Case actively being reviewed
