I applied for AOS on November 28.
USCIS approved I-765, I-131 and I-30 but denied I-485. I received a notice saying that the Form I-693 that was submitted was insufficient, AS THE VACCINATION SECTION WAS INCOMPLETE, AS THE ROW LABELED HEPATITIS B WAS MARKED AS BLANKET WAIVER DUE TO "INSUFFICIENT TIME INTERVAL", YET NOT LIST THE DATE THAT THE INITIAL DOSAGE WAS ADMINISTERED.
I contacted the doctor and he is saying he filed the form right and since Hepatitis B was marked as blanket waiver he is not entitled to put a date.
I found this doctor from USCIS website only.
Please help.
