came legally,overstayed,10 years passed
Hey! I came here August of 1999. Tourist visa, a year after went home for a month for a J-I after expiration overstayed. I'm here ten years ago, have SSN,bought a house, worked all time for a same company, (illegally) paid taxes,credit score over 750 etc. is there anything I can try? I heard something after 10 years, if no crime committed, I can apply for some AOS. Can anybody HELP? PLEASE?
