I-130 Approved on 4/1/20

Hello,

I am married to a LPR going on three years this October and I am an F1 Student graduating at the end of the year.

We submitted Form I-130 and I-130A on June 24,2019 with California as the service center.

My husband and I are planning on filing i485, i864, i693, i-765 and i944 this month.

I just wanted to know, what does it mean when I-130 is approved before filing the other forms and what is the benefit for us now that this form has been approved?

There is no benefit. You could have filed I-485 when the I-130 was pending. Nothing really changes with filing it now that it's approved.

Given the circumstances now, I've seen marriage based cases getting approved if they have had their I-130 approved. I know it is the tiniest of possibilities but maybe if they think the case is straightforward, your I-485 interview might get waived and you could get straight approval.

OP hasn't submitted the I485 package yet.

Butterflynixx please send your I485 package this month, there is always a risk that the F2A category could change and you may not be able to file later.
