Interview cancelled 03/31/2020
EAD renewal sent on :10/01/2020- EAD card received on 01/12/2021
Interview schedule 01/13/2021
Interview on 02/01/2021
Interview cancelled due to snow storm on 02/01/2021
interview scheduled again for 03/23/2021
I130/I485 approved 03/23/2021, card arrived on usps 03/29/2021 -

Received Nov 4th& Priority Date also Nov 4th
I130 i485 & work permit (did not apply for travel documents )
Nov 15 received 2 hard copies for NOA
Nov 22 Received biometrics appointment Notice
Biometrics done, Dec 2nd.
Jan 6 2020 courtesy letter for missing medical (dated Dec 31 2019, mailed Jan 2nd 2020)
Ready to be scheduled for interview (Jan 31st 2020)

I don't think AOS via marriage can be waived, I am not sure how everyone out of sudden think they that this will occur. I-140 applications and the ones that had i130 interviews might not be required to show up for their i485 interviews that's about it. I'd guess that DHS will hire more ppl to get through the backlog of interviews post COVID-19 so the wait still be similarly the sameComment
