Does uscis accept late registered birth certificate? Uscis sent me a rfe saying i need to submit my birth certificate. I had to tell my parents to make a new birth certificate because i never had one. Has anyone gone through same thing?

Well, you need for your parents to put an expedite on your birth certificate at your birth certificate office ASAP
