I-485 Rejected for missing I-864/I-944 (but actually not missing)

Hello everyone,

Anyone got an rejection for I-485 for missing I-864/I-944 but actually you DID submit them together? It is so weird!

It also said that I did not submit the right payment while I attached a check of $1,225.

Any advice please !!!

Sometimes they make mistakes. Review your check and make sure that the name is correct, it is legible and make sure the forms are correct. You will need to send the package again.

It might be the reason. Otherwise, I really can't figure out why I got rejected.

I applied the I-130 few months ago and still waiting for it to be approved.

And you send a copy of the I-130 receipt with your I-485 package, right? It looks like a mistake on their part.

Yes I did !

I found another guy in this forum stuck in the same situation as mine...
