  • Any Kansas City, MO people had their interviews waved?

    Hello,

I live in southern MO and my field offices are in St. Louis and Kansas City, MO. Has anyone who has those field offices had their Green Card interview waved? My paperwork is going through the National Benefits Center.

    Thanks!

Interviews can only be waived for employment-based green cards, not family-based.

Not necessarily, it’s really up to the officer handling the case. I just read a case of a family based, not K1 and the sponsor is a gc holder. There was nothing super amazing about the case either. Just a regular i485 application.
