My concurrent I-140/I-485 petition was recently transferred to NSC (from TSC).
When renewing the EAD, where should I send the I-765/I-131?
Ordinarily, according to these instructions on USCIS website, I would have to send the I-765/I-131 renewal forms to USCIS Dallas Lockbox, based on the state that I live. But given that my case is transferred to NSC, should I instead send them to USCIS Phoenix Lockbox (which is the lockbox that seem to correspond to Nebraska on that USCIS page)?
