Hi,
I have a question regarding how to handle my two simultaneous statuses. I received my EAD and advanced parole through my green card case application (I-485). At the same time, I received a Request for Evidence -RFE from an outstanding H1B application. (I filed this H1B renewal in case the green card EAD did not come in time but it did.)
My question is what should I do with the RFE since I am now covered through the green card EAD? If I do not respond to the associated RFE, will that affect my green card case progress and interview? If I decide to withdraw my H1B renewal, is there a template that I can use to close that case properly so that it doesn't negatively impact my green card case?
