I-485/I-290b
My family based I-485 case has been processing since 2016 and November 2019 I finally got my interview. I received a rfe for affidavit of support, two months after my interview and sent in my 3 rfe response three times but it was eventually denied all together because the signature on one of the pages were scanned electronically. I filed a i-290b and it arrived in Chicago and was one stop away from USCIS two weeks before its due date. The filing fee was took from my account but I received a denial letter from my field office saying they received it days after it was due. I called USCIS and they said I need to visit the office but this is not a reason for an info pass. Please any suggestions!!!
