April 2020 Filers

Type of Filing: F3 , I-1485,I-131,I-765
USCIS Delivery date at the Chicago Lockbox : April 6th
Till today, May5th, I have not yet received any notification of my filings, nor have the checks been cashed.
I emailed the lockbox, no reply & attorney has no response either,
I am worried & anxious,
Any help appreciated!

I have seen some cases taking over a month (last one was 34 days) to get a receipt. Prolly understaffed and have not been doing the checking thoroughly, I suppose.

You can call Customer Service and ask them to see if they have your receipt numbers (they sometimes have those 1-2 days before you get a text notification). I got my receipt number from Customer Service a day before I got the text message. (It took me 28 days in total to get the text messages from day of delivery at Chicago.)

received 4 text messages between 12 am and 12.30 am from USCIS containing 4 receipt numbers (i130, i485, i131, i765).
32 days after USPS marked as delivered.

Hi there,
I have been rejected twice. I filed again but I realise the mistake I made now. After reading all your post and talking to a few people I decided to see where I might have gone wrong. I didnt not answer 4 questions in part 2 in the i485. I am expecting a rejection any day now and once I correct it. I think everything will be good. I am posting this because alot of people overlook these questions and I just wanted to share my experience. Right in part 2 it specifically ask, irregardless of the category you applied under, answer the following questions 10 and 11, on part 2.

They took money off of my account last Friday, but haven't sent me a receipt yet. Should I be concerned? I am fairly confident I filed a G-1145 for e-notification as well.

Timeline:
4/20 Mailed all the documents to Chicago Lockbox
4/24 Package received by USCIS
4/29 3 Txt messages
5/08 Received 3 797C in the mail

However, like Farah2013 mentioned, I didn't answer part 2 question 10 on i485. Not sure what will happen... Sigh.

I received RFIE for the birth certificate.
Initially, I sent a certificate of 'Non-availability of Birth Certificate' issued by the local government in my home country and affidavits from my parents.
I am planning to send education documents from my primary school. Those are the only additional proof I have right now.
Any suggestions?

How long does it take to get form I130 approved?

submitted form I130 April 24th
uscis received it April 25th
received receipt in mail by May 1st 2020, nothing else.

Zozodaba I think it depends on where your application is processed and the category you fall under. You can check processing times here: https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

Received a RFIE to submit I-130A. Wonder how long does it delay my case for. Submitted it last week.

I sent my package using USPS's certified mail service but have yet to receive the physical delivery receipt.

My time line is 2 3 days after your.
