Still USCIS is doing Finger printing for Apr/1/2020 filer where as if you have finger printing already there(4 yrs old for H1B) with USCIS?
Do they provide EAD without finger printing ? How much time they will take for EAD approval ?

If you're applying for an EAD renewal, I think they are using the prints they have on file.
