General question: how long will it take someone to wait before submitting your green card process, in order to qualify for a 10 year resident?

Need more information, but I guess that you are asking for people married to USC and avoid the conditional GC.

If you are talking about marriage to USC, you need to wait until the approval date is after 2 year wedding anniversary. Either wait until you are married for 2 years or send the package a few months before that (with the risk they process it fast, as some case I have seen approved in less than 4 months).

10 year resident? What are you talking about? Cancellation of Removal? Unlawful presence waiver? More information is needed.
