Employment Based Green Card, Category E 36
Hi, please check my condition below and advise
May case summary as below
- I-765, 1-131,I-140, I-485: All Case receipt date: June 2017
- EAD card received: September, 2017
- Start working Employer company : November 2017 (11/01/2017)
- I-140 Approved : May 2018
- I 485 Interview completed August 2018
- Stop Working Employer Company : June 30th, 2019 (06/30/2019)
Total working period/duration Employer company : 20 months (1 year 8 months)
Stop working because I need to visit my country for my parents medical issue. After return no job in Employer company, so I start new job in other state.
- I 485 case approved: Green Card received: April 2020 (Case pending period 2 years 10 months)
My employer company not continue my work in their company. I have W2 from my Employer company for 2017, 2018, 2019 (3 years)
If I can't continue or my employer not allow work in their company, can be any issue now or in future, please advice, also is their any solution/any advice.?
Can I travel out side USA now and re entry easily in this condition?
