Change employer while I485 pending

Hello,
I filed my I485 by first week of Nov 2019, received EAD card on 03/10/20. My client is proposing a full time opportunity, can i change employer with EAD? Is there any process my employer has to do when they hire me ( i heard something job portability)? do they have to file any from to USCIS?

Sorry i couldn't your question. I want to change employer who filed my I485 to new employer. What kind process/filing myself and future employer has to perform?
