Detroit Field Office Experience with RFE

Anyone sent recently a response to an RFE to the USCIS Detroit Field Office after an interview for adjustment of status? What is your experience? Did your online status change to RFE response received? If so how long that took.. I sent the response almost 2 months ago and still online status says Request for additional evidence was sent.. I am concerned if they lost my package

Also, what do you suggest me to do? What are my options
