Hello everybody,im not sure if im posting at the right place.
i have a question from your experience.
im US citizen who applied i485 with i130 for my mom who is here came as a vistor with a valid visa,i applied and got denied for not submitting the form Affidavit of Support , and she has to leave the country within 33 days,i haven’t spoke any attorney yet.
the i130 still shows pending.
if she decided to leave the country and do the application while she is out is it possible or she have a chance to get denied again?
what is your recommendation if she dont want to wait to do any new application while is here?
