Is anyone adjusting their status via employment based and also adjusting for a spouse that's on a B2 visa but currently in the US?

                Hello May filers!

Did anyone receive biometrics letter this week? I am starting to get worried as i am seeing many May filers get their biometrics ( watching cases on other sites as well). If i don't get my notice in this month, i wonder what will happen if USCIS goes into furlough beginning august 31st. When i called USCIS , they just keep saying that "your biometrics appointment is not yet scheduled" My inner voice want to respond back to them saying " Yes, i know that ! isn't that the reason i called you you guys! duh!"

I respect all those who have been waiting longer than me, but this USCIS furlough is incredibly frustrating. I want to visit my home country very soon (sick grandfather and grandmother ). I am not sure if AP and EAD with come through in time if the current situation continues...????

                  Hi
I married to a US citizen.
We filled in May and they received our concurrent filling in march and sent it back us to use a newer version of I-485. We did and sent all back again.
                  They received on may18 20120.
They cashed the check and sent 4 messages for 485 130 131 765.
Also we received 3 notice by mail for 485 131 and 765 but we havent received one for the I- 130.The USCIS site says did not delivered and returned.
Requested once on online to send it again. No respond.Asked and Requested on USCIS online message they responded that "After reviewing your inquiry, we have determined that the case type you are inquiring about is not currently supported by the USCIS online filing system; therefore, please contact the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283."

My question would be to someone here who can fill me some opinion about is it ok just wait for the biometric bc I think so far so good because the cashed check or sould I call USCIS bothering them for the missing notice?

I've been both a reader and poster for some time now. I wanted to share my journey because it has been a trying one especially with no lawyer.

I filed EB2NIW I140 in early July 2018. After 6 SRs, contacting both the ombudsman and the congresswoman, I received a RFE which I responded to promptly. After they received my response, it took about a month for them to respond after I filed another SR. This brings us to almost 2 years to get the I140 approved.

Once it was approved, I applied for AOS immediately, but my package was rejected due to an outdated but not expired I485. Again, I immediately downloaded the new form and resubmitted the application with my I693. It took 3 months to get a biometrics appointment, and now 16 days after the appointment, I received an approval email for my I485. I didn't have an interview, not did I have any RFE either. I never received the work authorization or advance parole even though I applied. I guess this is their redemption from the long processing for the I140. It's been a stressful journey, but I'm thankful that it's over. Your support, advice and general kindness here on this forum has helped relieve some of the stress and anxiety that come with this entire process. It's not over yet. I'll keep you guys posted on when the card arrives. I'll be happy to answer any questions you guys may have in the meanwhile. Stay safe and hang in there, God will make it happen for you too.
