05/08/20 Original Submission of I-485; I-765; I-131; I-944
05/13 Rejected due to lack of I-864
05/27 resubmitted with explanation that I am EXEMPT from I-864
06/03 Rejected again for the same reason and I wrote them.
06/13 Resubmitted with I-864.
07/07 Lockbox emailed back and ask me to resubmit.
07/09 Filings accepted with PD 05/08/20 (nice)
08/06 Prior biometrics applied to I485 but not to I-765
08/28 Took biometrics for I-765 but USCIS is yet to applied it
09/28 I-765 Cards Ordered for my derivatives and me.

Yeah I knew that they need fingerprints for travel , when my relatives got visas to enter the United States they always needed fingerprints and also us travel programs also require fingerprints like Global entry and nexus so I assume it’s common practice for the us to have people take fingerprints for traveling.

My mom had to go the a second biometrics about two weeks after the first one to have her fingerprints applied to I-131

Just a little update form me. I received the EAD/AP Combo card today. Although my PD is 05/08/20, the Chicago lockbox accepted my files on 07/09 after mistakenly rejecting them twice. I am happy and grateful and waiting for the next step.



05/08/20: I-485, I-765, I-131, I-944 sent to USCIS

5/21: Checks cashed (did not receive any text message)
5/27: Received NOA receipts for I485 / I765 / I130
8/3: Received ASC biometric appointment notices
8/11: Completed ASC biometric. Took around 15-20 minutes including waiting

Today Through USPS informed delivery I saw I received two letters of NOA for my I 131 and I 765 they were dated October 5. However none of my case status were updated even till this date. I contacted Emma and through her I spoke to a live representative to see if she might have any more information . It turns out they’re mailing my combo card out today and I’ll probably receive on Saturday or Monday!

Hi, I have similiar situation with you. I received two approval letters(I131 and I765) on 10/05, but the online status did not update yet. Did the representative say why there is no update online?

Filed my I-140 & I-485 in May, but had to re-file I-485 due to missing form, so technically I am June filer, completed my Biometrics on Aug 3, still no signs of EAD/AP.

It has been very quiet in here. Anybody with any updates? I received my EAD/AP combo card.
Seems like there is a delay in updating case status online, so I recommend please keep checking your mail.
