It’s been 157 days since I filed my 485/765/131 to NBC in December, still nothing on 765/131, I did my fingerprint in January and my 140 was approved late January, and H1renew was approved in February. As my commitment to my company coming up in June. I’m looking to switch to other employer with better pay and benefit. I’m curious what my options would be for changing employer if I don’t receive EAD/AP and my 485 is pending 180+ days? Can I expedite my case? Anyone knows why the EAD is taking so long at NBC compares to other service center? Why people filed in January/February already starting to receiving EADs when December people still waiting?
