  • All the forms at once?

So can I send in all my forms at once? I have everything I need for the I-130, I-130A, I-485, I-864, I-944, I-693 medical exam completed, and information for EAD and AP. My US citizen wife and I just need to organize everything and prepare a nice comprehensive package for USCIS.

Any chance if you send everything at once and it’s really informative they would waive an interview? I’m Canadian not sure if that helps haha.

All the forms in one go sounds fine. Tack on that I-131 for free if you might need to travel with an AP.

Hard to say about waived interviews. Expect the worst and hope for the best, I guess.

ah yes the I-131. Is the AP not enough for re-entry? The I-131 is a separate form needed to get back into the US? Thank you.

Oh SORRY I completely missed “information for EAD and AP” in your original post. You’re all good to go IMO.

When the doctor signed the I-693? Because you haven't filed your I-485, the I-693 is only valid for 60 days (must arrive to USCIS with I-485 up to day 60 after signature).
Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
Day 1 - Package received at the lockbox
Day 999 - Card delivered to me - Aug 2021
                ---
All my posts are based on my experience or information I read on the forums or the USCIS website. I may be wrong. Please consult a professional.

Thank you for the reply. He signed it today so the 60 day deadline has begun. I’ll be able to meet that timeline I just have a lot of work to do!

Send all forms at the same time. They will not be overwhelmed at all. Please ensure that all signatures are attached and that the fee is the correct amount. Since you are sending a compact package there are some forms that would not attract a fee, so double and triple check online for the fees that are applicable. You might also consider including form I765- Work permit. If you send the form I765 with the I485 you will not be charged a separate fee (well that was how it was for us when we applied in 2017-double check USCIS info). Also as someone else already indicated also send I130A . Just a word of advice, please do not attempt to leave the US until you have the travel document I131, (you can also apply with that as well) or better yet, do not travel until you have the actual green card in hand. All the best.
